Delivery & Returns

All our orders are shipped USPS Priority for a flat rate of $7 with the exception of our metal signs which are a flat rate of $30 to ship. Our return window starts upon receipt of your order. New, unused, unworn or unopened items may be returned within 14 days with a receipt or proof of purchase for store credit. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items not eligible for return include SALE/CLEARANCE items, seasonal items and consumable food items. We strongly recommend you check your delivery upon receipt for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. We must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of any damaged items. We will then send you a return label to ship the item back and we will replace the item once the damage item is received. All items shipped back must be post marked 20 days of being delivered. Lost or missing packages are not the responsibility of Grandma Daisy's. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS regarding any package showing delivered but not found at delivery location. You will be sent tracking information once your order is shipped.
